Maldon Victorian Nights
I would like to thank Paul, Barry, Colin, Ann and Dee, for all their help in running and organising the tombolas on 2 very cold nights.
Unfortunately, we did not have a very good position in the high street, but we made the most of it, and over the 2 nights we made a profit of around £150.00 for our funds.
Thank you everyone for your time and help.
If we do decide to repeat this again next year, I shall make sure we get a stall in the busier part of town and well away from the Jobsworth stewards.
I would also like to thank the person, who ever it was, for stopping my arm from making contact with the affore mentioned stewards head. He does not understand the difficulties disabled people have to overcome just to get around town.
But thats enough said on that matter,
but keep an eye on local papers for further reports of the incident.
Below you will find a few photos taken on both nights, where you can see the poor conditions we had to put up with.
