Club Rules

1. The Club will be known as - Essex Disabled Angling Club

  {E.D.A.C.}.

2. Membership is non-refundable.

3. All members must have a current rod licence.

4. All members must carry a landing net, unhooking mat

  and 2x Keep Nets.

5. Barbless hooks only to be used up to size 10.

6. The Venue Officer will issue a list of venues and dates at

  the beginning of each year.

7. ALL LOCAL FISHERY RULES AND BYLAWS TO BE

  ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES. {if not known ask the

  Venue Officer, who will advise}

8. All matches will commence and end by the sounding of a

  whistle.

9. Able bodied members must assist when required to.

  [example - carrying tackle, help to land fish, and

  weighing of fish at the end of matches].

10. Any able bodied member found to be not assisting,

  will have their membership revoked.

11. There will be an A.G.M. once a year [date to be advised].

  At this meeting the officers for the coming year will be

  elected. The Chairman will deliver his/her report. The

  Treasurer will deliver their yearly accounts. The Venue

  Officer will deliver his/her report.

12. The club will have 9 Executive Officers. These members

  will constitute the "Club Committee ". All Committee

  decisions are final.

  1 Chairman.

  2 Vice Chairman.

  3 Club Secretary.

  4 Membership Secretary.

  5 Treasurer.

  6 Venue officer.

  7 Assistant Venue Officer.

  8 Minutes Secretary.

  9 Webmaster.

13. The Club will have regular meetings.

14. The Committee will have regular meetings.

15. ANY MEMBER FOUND BREAKING THE RULES WILL

  HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP SUSPENDED.
