For those people who are unsure about downloading file , All you have to do is click on membership form and you will see a bar appear at top of page which says internet has blocked this file , Explorer does this on all computers , right click on bar and allow download .this will take you back to home page ,just go back to join us and click on form again and hey presto it will appear for you to print . i am very sorry we have to do it this way but that is internet security for you .
If you use Mozilla firefox instead of explorer you will not have the problem with IE blocking the page , for some people this might be a better option and firefox is a free and friendly download.
